We understand that unplanned issues can come up and that you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we kindly ask that you cancel 2 hours in advance for services of $50+. Any cancellations not made within 2 hours or no shows will result in a cancellation fee of $50. Upon scheduling a service of $50+, we will require a credit card to hold your appointment. The cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file. This policy will give us the opportunity to offer the appointment to someone else.
